FAQs

What do I need to make an event reservation?

A credit card on file is required to hold the reservation date. No charges will be made until the day of the event, with exception of cancellation fees.

What if I need time to decorate?

Hourly events that require “set up“ time may be allowed a 30 minute grace period prior to the event; this must be discussed and approved ahead of time. Any time required for breakdown and clean up will be applicable to the hourly charge. Any space left with excessive mess will be charged a cleaning fee agreed upon before finalizing reservation.

Are there other drink options aside from wine?

Beer is available on site. No hard alcohol is allowed. Waters are available for purchase.

Can my event be catered?

Outside food is allowed for private events. Any outsourced food that requires heating or on-site preparation must be approved before the event. We would be happy to provide a list of preferred caterers.


The Fine Print

  • Daytime events (11:30am - 5:30pm) require 2 hour rental minimum.

  • For hourly and evening events, cancellation within two weeks before the event will be charged 25% of the rental fee. Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged 50% .

  • For Buyouts, cancellation within one month before the event will be charged 25% of the rental fee. Cancellations within one week will be charged 50%.
